Introducing the new Aquasolvent machine range (Water + Solvent washing is now reality in Firbimatic)

Aquasolvent cleaning machine combines the advantages of aqueous and solvent cleaning in one system. Based on the compact single chamber Multisolvent 100 for hydrocarbon and modified alcohols cleaning agents, the new Aquasolvent machine also enables multistage aqueous  cleaning.

The machine operates in a closed circuit  constantly under vacuum, so that solvent cleaning above the flash point is not only possible but absolutely safe. This produces optimum cleaning and drying results.

Ultrasonic and pressure circulation are fully available to improve cleaning efficiency during the solvent phase as well as in the aqueous process.
This new type of machine enables, for example, the removal of dried emulsion on difficult components and provides a significant quality increase in pre-treatment during coating processes.
