Before proposing a solution, Firbimatic technicians analyze in depth the specific needs and expectations of each customer, through studies and repeated preliminary washing tests carried out in our plants on the different plants available for this purpose.

Although with different characteristics depending on the solvent used, practice shows that even the most difficult contaminants of inorganic origin are effectively removed during the treatment, which involves a sequence of hot and cold baths, immersions and steams. The additional drying step in a sealed environment allows almost total recovery of the solvent present on the components or in the system, thus making consumption virtually zero.

Firbimatic Metal Cleaning Division solvent systems are particularly effective with parts of complicated geometry containing blind holes, through holes, welds, etc., which can be achieved by repeated sprinkling, dipping and steaming steps.

Solid dirt particles, such as dust, chips and inorganic salts, are effectively removed by the mechanical action of washing combined with the selected movement of the basket, coupled with the most appropriate filtration system.

Excellent washing results have also been repeatedly achieved with non-metallic materials, in particular with synthetic plastics of aeronautical, medical or precision application, customizing from time to time together with the customer the construction and process aspects, with particular attention to the simplicity of construction and lay-out, with extensive use of flanged and welded stainless steel piping and customized surface treatments (Teflon plating, pickling, etc.).
